THE HONORARIA PAYMENT WAS A WRONG MOVE! - ANITE EVELYN ON CORRUPTION

The Minister of state for Investment and Privatization Evelyn Anite recently opened a fresh fight to save millions of money lost in the development of Kampala Industrial Park in Namanve.
She says the corrupt have got high connections, they put on an innocent face in front of the President but she hastened to add that she won’t be bullied in her policy role of helping the President to fight them.
Minister Anite is displeased with the payment disguised as honoraria to selected UIA staffs including the Director General.
According to the UIA officials, the payment was part of the UIA Human Resource procedure.

Balderdash! Pay any staff remuneration from UIA budget not from investment loans. Where is IGG? Civil society go to court to stop the irregular payment.
