I try to pace myself throughout the day and keep a decent average mph. I also use my gears a lot. I treat my bike like a stick shift car when riding

I'm sure you don't get long trips but what is the longest trip you've done on a bike? What is the average? I've done 18 miles for a Krispy Kreme order from Crenshaw to Huntington Park. 90% of my trips on a car are under 3.5 miles away. Most under 2.5 miles from the pick up destination.

I always try to make at least 100 per day but some days are busier than others and for the same effort I can make up to 200. I work an average of 6-8 hours per day and ride 60-80 miles a day. But it all depends on the demand in your market and how much time you put into working
