I'm not entirely certain if I've grasped the second approach (Slight Read Optimization Approach) correctly. Are you suggesting that transitioning the database from DynamoDB to either ElasticSearch or PostgreSQL would result in slight read optimization due to the utilization of r-tree or quadtree data structures in these databases (ElasticSearch and DynamoDB)?
