Pengwin wouldn't actually be largely affected by the high quality perk(day 13) since he managed to score the power sink and the scrubbing brush. The kitchen was doing fine and they didnt intend to do any more upgrades so they were actually not losing anything for taking high quality instead.

One feature they should add to this game is a longer run to five stars like the bigger the restaurant the harder it’s is to get five stars or say your like doing a pizza restaurant for example it’s be an easier difficulty and takes 15 in game days where as say you make some fancy steak or lobster restaurant it’s harder and would take like 30days
