These aren't items you have available. He alters code inside the files to create levels that otherwise couldn't be made. This is in direct violation of the AGREED TO terms of service that Nintendo run by, and that he agreed to comply with. That's why he was banned.

So I can kind of understand why these levels are banned. If Nintendo one day decided they wanted to patch some glitches, it would completely destroy this level. They went through something like that before, I think, and that's when they added the rule to not make maps with glitches if I recall. Not sure.
