My name is Steve but I like to be called random, I live in Manchester I have two beautiful girls which mean the world to me but like many fathers in this world there are humans which will stop a loving father seeing their own children. I work full time as a bus driver somewhere in Manchester.
I'm a strong believer in mental health, especially men to encourage people to talk about their problems and issues and hopefully to save lives,what keeps me going and gives me hope and strength is my beautiful fiance, my two dogs and my family and my lifesaver this channel.

It is very important to recognise when you are feeling down, which you are doing. Is alcohol the answer, probably not, however, you seem to have the willpower to control your intake so if it makes you feel better then go for a drink. Life is too short. When it starts to adversely affect your health, seek help. Always good to have a friend to talk to as well👍

Had some happy times there, my cousin and family lived on Haughton Hall road, I used to stay there on the weekend sometimes so not far to stagger home after the chippy of course lol.... Hi Nik, There is a thing called Seasonal blues, You or I may not have addressed it correctly but from October through to March approaching Spring time many people do become affected by the change of Clocks by that 1'hr difference I happen to be one of them it's a horrible experience and often you can become very low with it, just a few weeks to go now as the nights are getting shorter but the days are getting longer and lighter again.
