This is a very good camera if you need a cellular one and can be placed anywhere. I do wish though that some of these cellular cameras have wifi also so you can use it at home and business but have the cellular as a back up.

hello, I just installed this camera, with the ubox application, the installation went well, the 4g reception in the field (15 km from my home) is good but at home, the 4g network is a bit weak so I connect to the application with my wifi at home, the problem is that it does not connect 😐, impossible to view the camera. when I go for a walk elsewhere, with a good 4g signal, I manage to connect it to 4g. I asked a friend to try and it's the same for him. Have you had a similar problem or what could it be? thanking you.

The app is junk. UBox gets 2 * rating when it should get 1. It doesn't even match up to the cam. Don't Buy this product. You will be out a lot of money! China revenge.

I bought 2. XG02. NOTHING WORKS. Not even tech support. Not new SIMS. Light is steady blue. Doesn’t connect. I activated one of the SIM cards. Still no connection. Reset, still no connection. What APNs? Time sucking product. Light goes from blue to red, then fast blinking purple (red/blue) and never connects. Tech support answers questions I didn’t even ask. None product from a non company. This looks to be a SCAM because they want you to try the SIM in your phone. Then, they don’t want you to cancel the SIM or get a refund. I see people getting this Frankenproduct to work, like in this video. But, no matter what do or wherever I take it, it never connects to any carrier. This is a SCAM and same with the TMEZON cameras too. Maybe these cameras worked, when they first shipped. But they don’t work now and when you ask support, they ansnwer questions you didn’t even ask. HUGE waste of time and $$$, while you sit there pressing a button on a useless product. DO NOT BUY!!!
