So, if I understand correctly there is no downside to enabling the first and third option. But there is for the second option, as this could limit the multicast streaming. So, these settingd could be enabled on all ports right ?

The downside is it will add burden to your switches. so you should only enable the settings on the port which you suspect may cause troubles.
