Here's the problem, that skin is basicallly a cosplay for a base characer aparently named Iana. If you take a look at Iana it is clear she was designed to be very ambiguous. So they are in a conandrum, if they change her body proportions for the "cosplay" it would be very badly received by the mentally unfit. This skin has been in the game for a few years already. What's the point of drama rn? Seeing a trend of men cosplaying 2B I ain't surprised Ubisoft came up with such model. What's worth mentioning, and many people seem to completely ignore it for the purpose of supporting their thesis, Iana(an ingame operator the 2b skin was made for) is also 'jacked', so I assume 'downgrading' her body for the purpose of skin would look even more dumb.
