"UBI-Sun" is UBI-san, addressing the company like a person. Mr. Ubisoft. "Shine" in English means to be bright, but if you show that word the way it's spelled to a Japanese person they will pronounced it "Shi Ne" as two syllables. "shine" means "Fucking Die" it's extremely rude, even offensive, to say in Japanese. The lyrics are telling Ubisoft to Die. Ikr - Assassin's Creed in a Japan setting was the easiest money-printing game and they fumbled it
@thor1829Ай бұрын
@archeops. Exactly. Ninjas are the most famous assassins ever, so I have no idea why they didn't choose to make a game about them. It could've been a possibility to return the series to its roots after so many games which were called Assassins Creed but had almost nothing to do with stealth and assassination.
@DubberRucksАй бұрын
Apparently Ubisoft, like Sony lately, must be allergic to free money.
@shortyned7140Ай бұрын
@@thor1829 It's simple. They were waiting and saving AC Japan for years as a golden ticket, even though fans have been begging constantly for it. Then, Ghost of Tsushima came out and stole their thunder, becoming a massive success. In panic and fear of any comparisons to g.o.t, including the prtotag, they brought this slop out, trying to appeal to a different market.
@MrMichalMalekАй бұрын
If you take out ninjas and set the story into the medieval Bohemia - boom, Kingdom Come Deliverance is fitting right there! Realistic sword combat in accurate representation of the 14th century central Europe is a blast worth giving a go.

A lot of mid-tier games (not quite indie) are amazing aswell. Focus Home has lot's of great games like Space Marine, Boltgun, Plague Tale, Atomimc Heart, Ship Breaker etc. I think if we just look away from the flashy 100mil budget ad campaigns, there is a lot of great games to find. From amazing Indies to great AA-Games. No one need stuff like what Ubisoft or really any other publicly traded company churns out anymore.

It's one of these leftist's strategies to advance propaganda. They have people in one country lie about the state of that country to foreigners in another country, and since you don't live in the country they're lying about, you can't check to see what the truth is. I've seen it first hand in threads about, say, UK free healthcare or Australian gun control. Their leftists will lie to us Americans and say "Everything's been great here ever since we blah blah" and then a right-winger from that country came in and started explaining how that's a lie and what the result really has been. American leftists will also lie to foreigners and say things like "Our healthcare is bankrupting people and letting them die, and our schools are constantly being shot up." And foreigners from other countries will not get the truth about those subjects unless another American comes in to correct the record.

Part I do not understand is why do they call Yasuke a Samurai? There is no records I can find when searching. There are articles that will say he was a samurai because he had some land or other nonsense but that does not make one a samurai. There is ZERO documentation saying he was a samurai. If anything he was more a bodyguard who was given weapons (There is records of that). Oddly the articles saying he was a samurai think that if given a sword makes you one. If that was the case then nearly everyone was. There is little history of him because he was not around for long. What am I missing here? Is this just another case of "Lets change history to fit a narrative?" I cant believe they made a whole game from this character. There is nothing to go by and these articles say "Yasuke is the most documented Black samurai in history". If that is the case then there was ZERO African samurai.
