Hi mate, are these Japanese cards pack fresh? I'm wanting to send my Scyther and Kabutops into MGC but if these are pack fresh cards I don't want mine coming back 8s lol.

hey, no they are purchased cards in this submission! What I would say though is you cannot guarentee a card will get a 9 or 10 just because it is pack fresh, check the centering, edges, surface and corners before submitting as any imperfections will bring the grade down.
