Mkhulu there's a catch among healers, cause if it may happen that other gobelas with isghubu /ispoki or imkhovu attacks you,bewitch you as normal gobela who rely only on amathongo the chances of you to die or destroyed are very high.thus why this days they opt for second line of defense.lastly never take isghubu that doesn't expire,every 24-36 months must be redone cause they ll be adding normal animal fats n luck muthi like sefumbathi,mhlomekanhloyile n drops of original sandawana oil.the sghubu that involve human body parts or anything related to human being like graves or goat blood just know the day will come you'll pay the hefty price .
