Just to add to what you talked about. Enye yezinto that we much watchout for is our attitudes. Kulaba abathi bona umgangela ngeke bawuyeke ngingathi kunina you got a role to play amongst yourselves & your families. Make sure everyone(families/participates) understands ukuthi what you doing if you get injured/paralyzed/die just like in other sports like boxing nobody goes and seek revenge kulomuntu oyoba asuke akuhlulile. If you cant assure that then you shouldn't participate Just as umuntu onga thandi ukuthi kuyenzwe amahlaya ngaye naye angayenzi amahlaya ngabanye. Uma unzazi ukuthi abantu bakini noma wena self ungumuntu unga funi ukuhlulwa, unga dlali ugangela ngoba wahlulwa uyosuka ufuni ukuy'phindiselela outside the games which its not good. & also ask yourself whats gona happen to people who rely on you it you can be injured and lose you work/cant work anymore as a result.
