UCCE Farm Advisors and specialists discussed biology and identification of powdery mildew in grapes, discussed the mode of action, application timing, and formulations of sulfur, and discussed how sprayer settings and nozzle selection influenced sprayer coverage. Also presented was how certain weather conditions can influence or increase drift. Powdery mildew resistance and the importance of FRAC codes was also included as well as various products for managing powdery mildew fungi in vineyards.
