If you use true strength when your enemy lose as least 1 HP You can kill your enemy at one shot Resulting a win Yeah I am not going to use that special because it way too OP I recommend to only use it when your HP is very very INSANELY low or you are a noob

***** Well there are a lot of tutorials on how to use M.U.G.E.N. And it isn't as much as creating a game as much as creating a fighter than inserting it into the game, and it's simple enough that someone without any skill could pick it up. Like you create the sprite sheet you want to do than just make the moves. I would like for there to atleast be some characters from the dojo.
