Awesome! Let me know if you have any trouble. Also, I am working on version 2.0 and will post it when finished.

@@simpleciscovoicetutorials79 Thank you. So far, so good. The biggest adjustment was accounting for the difference in the dial plan i.e. internal, local call, etc

Hi..very informative video. I would like to know, if it is possible to store the name of calling party and send the name along with the number to the callback script?
@simpleciscovoicetutorials792 жыл бұрын
There probably is a way. How would you have the name of the calling party? A customer database matched by phone number?
@amoduck772 жыл бұрын
@@simpleciscovoicetutorials79 yes, correct. From the customer database which is already stored in the backend.
@simpleciscovoicetutorials792 жыл бұрын
@@amoduck77 That should be possible. So is the name available as a variable within the script? If so, it could be added as part of the query string in the original API call to add the request to the DB.

You can do this via the Session objects. Theres a good video on YT on how to to do this between scripts.

@@gnrslash4life do you have a link to that video? I would like to see it as well.
