The Ten Commandments define the way of life God wants us to live. They were given to ancient Israel, lived by Jesus Christ and His true disciples down through the ages. With Jesus Christ's sacrifice and the giving of His Holy Spirit, a new commandment was given to His church. No commentary or concordance can define that commandment accurately. It is vital to understand, but we can only understand it by letting the Bible and God define it.
