The person who is A1 in 32 cases (court expressed it as "severe financial crime") , was allowed to contest in the elections. Our constitution permitted him to contest. After the permission was given by the system then only people voted for him. First constitution needs to be updated and all the loopholes must be removed then only all the bad things will be prevented otherwise decoits,A1s will rule in future. Supreme courts and High courts will give lot of commands to governments rather than improving judiciary and fast tracking the cases, better do their job first 🙏🙏

You are right Sir. The situation can be improved a lot if the existing vacancies are filled up. In High Courts, more than 40% of the vacancies in the posts of Judges are still lying vacant. The total sanctioned strength of HC Judges is around 1100. But, not even 600 Judges are working right now. Every State can have a Bench of HC. In the Principal Court, you can 40 Judges and in the Bench you can have 20 Judges. What I suggest need not be accepted and implemented uniformly across the Country. The strengths of Judges may vary from State to State. Even in Supreme Court of India, there were so many vacancies until they were filled recently by the present CJ of India. Likewise, certain administrative measures if taken beyond political considerations, we can improve the system. God has given great power to the Human Brain. It can deliver wonders. But, for that there shall be political will. Then only it can be tapped and harnessed .......

Free promises shold be supported by financial practicality... They should submit the policy how they implement it from where they procure the resources. It's not the question on restriction. Its implementation plan is to be scrutinised In nutshell, No income .. no free policies.. There must be contol on this free bla blas... Otherwise we will all be beggers without begging bowls, as our AP heading to.. A restriction like .. Only certain percentage of income of state only to be used for free.. plans.

Courts should not interfere in political freebie manifesto nor they should scrutinize those (unless they are against constitution). Only thing they must do is , when assured schemes are not implemented properly there should be respective actions or at least make a judicial note out indicating these X are assured and these Y are implemented. That way public is aware of state of governance.

you are missing a point the freebies budget is more than the state budget that s where problem comes.if you want to give a freebie you should rise the income of the state instead borrowing money for freebies. That is the reason AP is on the verge of bankruptacy.
