DAY OF PRAYER 05/29/2017 Be of Good Day! 6:1 For this reason let us go on from the first things about Christ to full growth; not building again that on which it is based, that is, the turning of the heart from dead works, and faith in God, 6:2 The teaching of baptisms, and of the putting on of hands, and of the future life of the dead, and of the judging on the last day. 6:3 Now we will do this, if God lets us. 6:4 As for those who at one time saw the light, tasting the good things from heaven, and having their part in the Holy Spirit, 6:5 With knowledge of the good word of God, and of the powers of the coming time, 6:6 And then let themselves be turned away, it is not possible for their hearts to be made new a second time; because they themselves put the Son of God on the cross again, openly shaming him. 6:7 For a land, drinking in the frequent rain and producing good plants for those for whom it is worked, has a blessing from God: 6:8 But if it sends up thorns and evil plants, it is of no use and is ready to be cursed; its only end is to be burned. 6:9 But, my loved ones, though we say this, we are certain that you have better things in you, things which go with salvation; 6:10 For God is true, and will not put away from him the memory of your work and of your love for his name, in the help which you gave and still give to the saints. 6:11 And it is our desire that you may all keep the same high purpose in certain hope to the end: 6:12 So that you may not be slow in heart, but may take as your example those to whom God has given their heritage, because of their faith and their long waiting. Hebrews 6.1-12 God has a purpose for each of us and we have promises on his part. Building requires planning, hard work and perseverance to follow the schedule. To destroy everything that was built is much faster. Building a solid relationship with God needs discipline, hard work and perseverance because we will encounter many obstacles along the way, but faith strengthens us and gives us the courage to continue. Do not be discouraged and do not look back so that in an instant everything that has been built will break by lack of faith and trust in God who made us the promises. Lord renews our strength and increases our faith so that we stand firm in the face of difficulties and with perseverance we reach the goal that you have for us. We place our Nation before you and trust that despite the seemingly endless problems, we know that you have many blessings to us and patiently await the victory of good versus evil. The Lord will not forsake us, for there is none that can withhold his doings. Thank you for the day today, for your teachings and for your blessings in our lives. We pray for our family, for our friends and for those who do not like us. We pray for the sick to receive the cure. We pray for those in need to receive the provision that comes from heaven. We pray for our country so that overcome the crisis. We pray for world leaders to submit to God. We pray for every nation so that the people will know the truth which liberates through Jesus. We pray for the Unity of the Church of Christ on earth. We praise and adore you Jesus. All honor and glory is to thee our king. Thy will be done on earth as in heaven. DAY OF PRAYER 02/11/2017 Be of Good Day! 3:19 Now, we have knowledge that what the law says is for those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all men may be judged by God: 3:20 Because by the works of the law no man is able to have righteousness in his eyes, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin. 3:21 But now without the law there is a revelation of the righteousness of God, to which witness is given by the law and the prophets; 3:22 That is, the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ, to all those who have faith; and one man is not different from another, 3:23 For all have done wrong and are far from the glory of God; 3:24 And they may have righteousness put to their credit, freely, by his grace, through the salvation which is in Christ Jesus: 3:25 Whom God has put forward as the sign of his mercy, through faith, by his blood, to make clear his righteousness when, in his pity, God let the sins of earlier times go without punishment; 3:26 And to make clear his righteousness now, so that he might himself be upright, and give righteousness to him who has faith in Jesus. 3:27 What reason, then, is there for pride? It is shut out. By what sort of law? of works? No, but by a law of faith. 3:28 For this reason, then, a man may get righteousness by faith without the works of the law. 3:29 Or is God the God of Jews only? is he not in the same way the God of Gentiles? Yes, of Gentiles: 3:30 If God is one; and he will give righteousness because of faith to those who have circumcision, and through faith to those who have not circumcision. 3:31 Do we, then, through faith make the law of no effect? in no way: but we make it clear that the law is important. Romans 3.19-31 Jesus is the solution. No matter how much you have sinned, whether it was too little or too much. God looks at your heart. If you sincerely seek Him, confessing all your sins to him, repenting, He will forgive you. For this reason man has no excuse not to seek God because he loves us and is always waiting for us to repent of our evil way and return to him for his love because he is our beloved father waiting for us to return home. Lord, we are grateful for your infinite love and mercy. We can never repay all the good that makes us and your blessings poured out upon us. Your mercy is always upon us. Forgive us blindness and foolishness. Take from us stubbornness because our heart is deceiving us. You know what's best for us. Give us the perfect direction for our walking. We are grateful for today, for your teaching and your blessings in our life. We pray for our family, for our friends and for those who do not like us.
