Hi!!!! I am shifting to London this August. Leaving family and going so far away feels so overwhelming but it's equally important and that just makes me more anxious at times. I am also very scared about the dorms. Staying with strangers and all. And since in my country I am used to bigger houses. I don't know how I will live in such a small place. You are really strong and I hope all of this hard work gives amazing returns to you !!:) I was in Leeds for a summer program last year for a month - and the most HATED THING IS THE FREAKING CIRCUIT LAUNDRY SYSTEM!!! I HATE IT SO MUCH. I am hoping to get a homestay because I really cannot wash my clothes in those horrible washing machines.

Hi!I also study law and I can relate so much with you!This is my first year and it’s so hard to socialize everyday (especially for an antisocial person like me)and always meet new people...I feel like I can’t truly be myself and i don’t feel 100% comfortable when I’m with new people.. Hi Janis! I've been watching your videos for the past year and I just wanted to say that you inspire me a lot. I stumbled upon your channel while I was looking for study videos since I'll be taking the DSEs this coming April. I was suffering from lack of productivity and motivation, and in general, I was just scared by my future in Hong Kong. Ever since I was a kid, I have always wanted to study law but my grades aren't good enough for my passion so I didn't put any law programmes on my JUPAS application. Instead, I put in a course that I was interested in but is a bit more achievable compared to law. It makes me very happy to see your videos knowing that you were able to study law. I just wanted you to know that I know how you feel since I moved to Hong Kong when I was 13 and although I was with my parents, they were both working and would come home at 1 am. I miss my friends and family a lot. Just know that there's one more person supporting you and your endeavours! Your videos encourage me a lot and I'll be having another chance to change my choices and because of you, I promised myself to at least put in one law programme, just in case :) I'll be praying for you and your success in UCL!
