Well going by his selection, it's only from the UCL era (post 1992) and not european cup. Koeman only won it in '92, which was still the european cup and not the champions league. So I don't think he would even be eligible, since he had to pick Champions League winners. Van Basten won 2 european cups and only 1 Champions League trophy (in 1994). However he barely played in it, due to a big injury which basically ended his career at age 28.

Gotta admit I was mostly baffled by Pique, but I forgot Koeman's final winner was juust the very last game before the "Champions League" re-branding in 92/93.
