To young Aday Mara: "Brazos arriba." If he gets his arms up more consistently on defense, he'll look like he's 10 feet tall! I watched Bill Walton all four years he was a Bruin, and, with his arms up, he was always ready for a rebound, blocking shots, disrupting the opponents' interior passing, and generally being a controlling presence on the court. Aday is showing his talent, with his size and more playing time, and appears to be that emerging monster that we hear about from his teammates. Go Bruins!

Mick’s demise has been greatly exagerated, message to all the pessimists who said he lost the team! Mick’s players improve, Jaquez, Campbell, Jaylen Clark, Singleton, Bernard, and Mara is the proof in how he gets the most out of players! He’s a Hurley type yelling a hole, but it gets results! Mack isn’t out of control as much as last year, noticeable improvement yet he has his moments, and he hardly played tonight but hit 2 big 3’s, confidence! He’s a great example, because as Cronin said, he’s not the typical drill type player, he’s just an intangible, get the job done, no matter how ugly it may look, he’s a scorer, not a great shooter. He’s definitely getting better, Free throws and playing more under control, he can create, only Tyler, Andrews , Clark, Dailey can create something out of nothing but Mack is probably the best at it. Johnson needs to be more assertive also! We’re definitely having a season and learning from our past mistakes! We’ll be good in March when it counts!

I'm watching Adem set picks 35 feet from the basket in the last 4 or 5 minutes and never get down low until the final two minutes of the second half. Excuse me coach, but if you have any go to person in your half court offense it's Adem as long as you can get him the ball near the basket. Useless to have him setting picks 35 feet away from the rim. During the last 5 minutes I'd run everything in my offense with the intent of getting Adem the ball near the rim. It's not hard to figure out. You saw how it worked out the two times near the end of the game you got it to him. The result speaks for itself. I'd go to him every time, but also work on his kickout. Quick decision, turn and shoot, or if they collapse kick out to open man. Adem is very skilled 7 footer who will only get better with minutes. On offense, he is your most dominant weapon and it's time to start using him in that role so that come tournament time he's more seasoned. Big 10 is a great league to help prepare him over the next 5 weeks. You're going to need him. I'd also focus on him or Bilodeau at the high post. No reason not to try some high low. Basically makes your inside game very difficult to defend with lots of open easy 3 looks for other guys when teams collapse as they will have too. Also be interesting to try a big line up. Adem, Bilodeau, Dailey, Kobe / Skyy / Dylan interchangeable. Adem's not quick afoot, but teams are recognizing his presence near the rim and missing shots as a result knowing he's nearby. So he may get beat off the dribble, but in the end intimidation is a big factor in his defense so the end result is other teams miss looks inside as they are not used to going against that kind of length. p.s. I like the fact you are letting the guys push the ball. Direct result is better offensive flow leading to good looks at the basket and higher shooting percentage.

He gets teammates some open looks for 3 pts shots on those screens, and he’s used to playing out that far from hedging, he’s got the long arms to make up for his lack of quickness. He’s doing much better and confidence is a huge part of sports and life!

Isn't Adem playing for the 76ers?

Yeah it would be nice if the refs actually called fouls on the other team's bigs, Mara is getting pushed the whole time he has the ball, guys laying on his back and pushing him it's incredible the refs can't see it because they're looking at him instead of the defender

They literally grab Mara every game and he never gets a call I mean it’s getting ridiculous

He’s getting a few and refs are starting to notice how he’s improving, he’ll definitely get more calls just from his own body language exuding a certain confidence!

If you have 10 more points from the bench players and more rebounds you win this game by 15-20 points….coach those bench players up Mr Cronin!👍

Cronin…listen…you messed up. Mara is a huge part. I get ur “secret hand” approach…but it’s time. No better time than now.
