I actually started laughing when I saw that Lauren Betts was named player of the week. Try again. Player of the Year is the more accurate title. She is unquestionably the most dominant center in women's college basketball. She is also the most unselfish. If she were on just about any other team in the country, she'd probably average at least 40 points per game. The combination of her having so many talented teammates, along with her ability to find them when they get open, is the primary reason for the Bruins success this year. It's been pure joy for Bruin fans to watch her and her team achieve so much this year. Thank you Lauren!

Absolutely correct 💯 ... No player impacts BOTH ends of the court the way that Betts does. It's not even close.

Coach Cori and her staff are John Wooden 2.0. They are up there with Coach Staley ... SC and UCLA are the two best programs in the country... Not just in winning, but developing high character young women. We are so fortunate to be able to enjoy watching and supporting such a magnificent team. Go Bruins!!! 🐻👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
