As a Liverpool supporter from the age of 8, you need to realise something about us. You're right that is exactly what makes great businessman do but not what great innovators do which he is the furthest thing from. Even has the audacity to use the name of Telsa who was one of the greatest and most important innovators in all of history. So, you have no problem giving players on the wrong side of 30 high wages. What happens the following season if they stop performing as well as they are now? Do you realize how hard it will be to offload those players? If you think that can't happen, think back to three seasons ago. We were on the verge of winning the quadruple but only managed to win two cups. That midfield was fantastic then, but the following season, it became so easy to play against that we struggled to win games. Look at Manchester United now-they can hardly sign players because of their bloated wage bill. Players like Casemiro and Rashford are on massive salaries, making it extremely difficult to move them on. Is this really the kind of club you want us to become?
