Been listening to a bunch of Hurley interviews over the last couple of weeks. I have not been a big follower of your show Pat, but got to tell you this was the best interview I’ve heard of all. Something about the looseness of your environment in combination with really insightful questions, brings out the best. Thank you, and appreciated. Also, what a great representative of Connecticut Mr. Hurley is. Down to earth, humble, no bs, and a touch of blue collar.

Man. Pat can get these coaches to let down their guard like no one else. His week by week interview through last season with Nick Saban was the best.

I have lived in CT my whole life. We have been spoiled by the likes of Calhoun and Geno for years. After Calhoun retired there was a questionable few years for UCONN. Even though we won the National Championship with Ollie the next year, you can just tell that was all from Calhoun and the players that he recruited. Ollie was not built for UCONN (as a coach). But this guy has everything that UCONN stands for and he preaches it. THAT DAWG MENTALITY. I hope he stays and cements himself as one of the greatest coaches in UCONN history. We would want nobody else doing it for us and representing Husky Blue.

Love coach Hurley because he is so refreshingly real in todays game where entitlement prevails. People say they develop kids but he actually does. GO UCONN!

A lot of Bengals fans are Kentucky fans and despise UConn, but it's hard not to root for them knowing their coach is a huge Bengals fan. Pat is a true Bengals hater. He had to throw it in there that they sucked. He never says the Colts sucked. But when your Bengals fan, you expect that out of members of the media.

Pat always wants to act like he doesn’t understand where the hate is coming from, but he has always had this attitude toward the Bengals. Who Dey and go UConn

Everyone laughed at his facetious comment about books, but I read that 41 percent of adults in America did not read a book in the previous year. That is not a good group.

yO Ball is leaving I think... He was getting all that play and it seems like he fell off the rotation big time and he had some minutes at the end of the Illinois game and he was trying to be a one man highlight reel that didn't look good on him. UConn's not for everyone. I hope he reconsiders, talk to Alleyne, grass ain't always greener.
