Okay so now I need a very very important suggestion from a person like you... Since I've been studying in Umt (doing BSCS and in 3rd semester) and I actually liked the campus life alot but as you know (and as you've mentioned) that UMT has these 3 things which are personally being hated by me the most and are almost becoming reprehensible... - Labs are filthy (and so are the classrooms, but labs are in very poor). Especially the whole campus looks kind of outdated for some reason. - Too many students in one classroom: So, on my very 1st day to college I was expecting some welcoming representative fragrances from umt's classrooms but it failed badly (in fact I felt very dissatisfied from what I saw and expected from these people). In short first impressions were kind of not so good since it was like I am sitting at some fish selling point. - University has 2 Computer labs, both are filled with alot of computers and I loved this fact. But when I sat to use a pc (on my 1st day) I again got disappointed a lot since the quality of all the computer setups was very inferior and many were broken and unusable as well - Student body's standard: So before reading this point please do not get the wrong idea while in middle of reading since it's my very own experience... So, I was shocked to see that there was no such guy like me, majority of the student body includes outsiders (outside of lahore) which made me feel kinda lonely since I couldn't find even a single boy of common ground in interests which was kind of sad. But after alot of social gatherings and interactions (done forcefully) I finally able to make some compromised people (1 or 2 boys) with me. Yet beside studies we've nothing in common which is making my life quite boring. I am not saying that I am a burger boy but not even a fan typical desi/punjabi interests So these were some of the disappointments which are pissing me each day. So, what do you suggest? Should I opt for any other university (Ucp feels preferable)? And the facc that I am also a li'l worried of losing course with the friends I made here? Please suggest me something. Your reply may change my life for good... JazakAllah
