I'm in grade 10 and I'm watching this during the quarantine. I loved this video soo much and it got me sooo excited to go uni, but right after this video ended reality kicked in and i realised that my uni experience won't really look like that. I really don't want to be dramatic but I high-key feel like crying

Oh please don't cry! Think about it this way. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe you weren't supposed to have a uni experience like mine because BIGGER AND BETTER things are waiting for you! Don't take this time in quarantine for granted and do things that you couldn't do because you didn't "have enough time". Sorry if that was long but STAY YOU AND STAY TRUE

Honestly it depends on what you're looking for. Academics: UCT is better. Opportunities and things to do around the school: UCT is better. Partying: Stellies is better. Sports pride: Stellies is better. Both are good and each has their own vibe.

Yeshti Manilal you get assigned your res at UCT (no option to choose) and depending on your res, you will get a single or a double (again, no choice in your room or roomate).
