Here is an example: Password@123456789. The format is one capital letter, many small letters, one symbol, maybe 2 numbers and the password should be up to 16 characters long

This means you have an account already. You should try resetting your password and logging in.

Your user ID is your username. To login however use your username as USER ID AND signup password as password 1:28
