Sir mere paas ek plot h yeida me and ek flat h greater Noida mein. Private builder se resale m liya tha. Kya flat count hota h. Kya mein eligible hn form fill krne k liye?

@anupsinghkhelal ok sir thanks. Kuchh log bol rhe h flat bhi count hota h to isliye confirm kiya aapse. Private builder ne greate noida authority se liya tha plot. Its housing society plot and purchased by builder.

Suppose two brothers have joint ownership in 2 houses in other districts of UP, whether they will be eligible independently? Means two brothers shares 2 houses in other district of UP with 50% share in each house.

@@anupsinghkhelal sir please check rera certificate it is clearly mentioned 2029. All builders and authority are the same nowadays the day x duration and people get in 2x duration.

सर.. मेरी पुत्री जिसकी उम्र 23 वर्ष है। अविवाहित है। सरकारी नौकरी में है। वह इस योजना में फार्म भर सकती है..? क्रपया मार्ग दर्शन करें। 🙏 मैं तो नहीं भर सकता क्योंकि मेरे पास पहले से ही उत्तर प्रदेश में अथोरिटी के दो प्लाट हैं।
