Here's part 2 of my very special Udaipur Travel Vlog. We stayed at the Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur and its the number 1 hotel in Udaipur.
It was simply mind blowing. One of the best views we have had of any hotel room ever. So so beautiful overlooking the lake and palace.
In this video, I take you through our experience at the hotel as well as the local shopping and handicrafts we explored around the city.

Hehe yes also wonderful to watch a few folk dances and songs at a 5-star hotel and talk about going local and exploring and soaking into the “culture” and “character”. There are gems in Rajasthan that are truly in the ‘local’ and for that one must leave the luxuries and comforts of the fancy hotels and explore. I am a sucker for luxury too! So definitely no problem there. Just that we can do with less lip service and more of the real thing :)
