Honestly would love to take a trip to Japan to know their culture and their food and try out one of these stalls. But I would have learn Japanese first which can be difficult but man does their food look good.
I love this! Quick bite to eat, cold beer and new friends...doesn't get any better

Love these videos, the food looks wonderful. I'm sure it's a translation thing, and I'm curious what ingredients are "cancer" and "hormone"? I've seen them in a few videos, but can't tell what they are.

I do enjoy watching these hardworking ppl and the wonderful dishes they prepare but I just can't handle cooking something that's still alive and moving 😟
Lots of prep work out in the field as in at home getting ready to provide their food service to their customers, strong dedication, and teamwork to provide their best service possible year in and year out.

I was comparing the ease and efficiency of Chinese street food stall set up. Somehow, they seem to be very compact and donot have such cumbersome heavy wooden structures. These chinese food stalls have to set up from scratch everyday. The customer footfall is huge. Pls view some of their setup and equipment. Maybe helpful to you folks and reduce so much physical effort.

매일 내가 지나는 곳에 한결같이 저렇게 있는 포장마차면 평생 단골할거 같네요 매해 변화하고 발전하는것도 좋지만 저렇게 변화가 천천히 오는 일본에 아날로그 감성도 좋네요
One thing I've noticed about Japan and the videos I see on KZbin, a lot of old people are working. I see it here in the states too but I wouldn't expect that in Japan. What's the retirement situation like there? Is it just not a thing or are they wanting to work and keep busy?

The food looks very appetizing and delicious. I am curious in Japan are street food stalls required to get a business license and obtain a health certificate?
@4FYTfa8EjYHNXjChe8xs7xmC5pNEtz10 ай бұрын
Yes. They're definitely stricter on that the US is. The US has tons of unlicensed, uninspected, illegal food vendors in every big city. The rule of law still prevails in Japan.
