Love these videos, the food looks wonderful. I'm sure it's a translation thing, and I'm curious what ingredients are "cancer" and "hormone"? I've seen them in a few videos, but can't tell what they are.
This is AMAAAAAZING. ALL THE FOOD LOOKS DELICIOUS!!!

I was comparing the ease and efficiency of Chinese street food stall set up. Somehow, they seem to be very compact and donot have such cumbersome heavy wooden structures. These chinese food stalls have to set up from scratch everyday. The customer footfall is huge. Pls view some of their setup and equipment. Maybe helpful to you folks and reduce so much physical effort.
One thing I've noticed about Japan and the videos I see on KZbin, a lot of old people are working. I see it here in the states too but I wouldn't expect that in Japan. What's the retirement situation like there? Is it just not a thing or are they wanting to work and keep busy?

The food looks very appetizing and delicious. I am curious in Japan are street food stalls required to get a business license and obtain a health certificate?
@4FYTfa8EjYHNXjChe8xs7xmC5pNEtz9 ай бұрын
Yes. They're definitely stricter on that the US is. The US has tons of unlicensed, uninspected, illegal food vendors in every big city. The rule of law still prevails in Japan.
