以前食事した際に会計後急にゲリラ豪雨になって困っていたんですが、店の方が率先して相合い傘で車まで送ってくださったことをよく覚えています。また行きたいなぁと思ったけれど、塩気の強さを思い出すと快くは行けないなぁと思ってしまいます。でも、大元の看板メニューだったうどんを是非食べに行きたいですね

ここのお店の仕込み、料理、文明の力も外注もうまく使って要領がいいな。体も楽でね。考え方が柔軟だ。料理も美味しそう。タイマーが何個も、うどんのゆで時間も勘でやらない。天ぷらやフライの揚げ加減は、 長くやってると、水分がどれだけ抜けてるか、音か色でわかるだろうね。
