てっぺいの店主が調理の際に、器についた一粒の米粒も残さずフライパンに移す姿に素晴らしさを感じました。食材に対するリスペクトを感じました。こういう店は味が丁寧で美味しいに違いない。と思いました。調理場の綺麗ですね。

Yep me too. I hate it when they put awful sounds on the background. I never watch any videos with sounds on the background. It spoils the natural sound. Some ppl put those awful sounds so loud that you can't hear what the person is talking about.

Люблю японскую кухню, хоть она и своеобразная. Вроде немного съел, а уже наелся. И есть выбор блюд - можно посидеть, потягивая неспешно лапшу с кусочками лосося, можно быстро и сытно поесть той же лапшой с мясным густым соусом. Японским поварам большой "респект" за их работу.

うどん万福、こないだ訪れたけどセルフレジが独特で割り勘もできてバーコードリーダーがお手製の固定具で固定されてて面白かった。もちろんカツカレーうどんは美味だった。また行きます。

This is a very interesting video. I enjoyed the preparation and cooking of the Japanese foods. I am guessing that the secret ingredient sauce is soy sauce, miso wine, MSG, sugar. 🤣 The Chinese foods were also delicious. The shumai manufacturing is educational. Now I know the folding method with the spoon

I like curry pork cutlet over rice...one of my favorite dishes. For me I think there is too much curry sauce here. When you have that much sauce, it's almost like soup.

Wow holy shit! You guys work so hard in Japan and this isnt even is a fine dining restaurant! I love the difference in professionalism in the USA vs Japan. Japan is so work focused, no one laughs, make jokes, cusses, complains, creates drama... everyone is on the same page and works HARD! You make the US look like shit... and to think this is the impression of 1 of many restaurants in japan.

飲食店に泥棒が入るとかニュースであるけどさ、そういう奴らはこの店主さんを始めとした朝から仕込みを頑張って、何十、何百人の為に美味しい変わらぬ味を提供するその意識に謝罪しろって言いたくなる。こんなに美味しい揚げ物から、カレーうどん（その上に乗る福神漬け、細切りしたねぎが個人的に嬉しい）を始めとしたうどん、これはぜひ食べに富山に行きたいと思いました。療養中のベットより😂
