I been watching your vids for awhile now. These ppl are 100% pros. Hard work and a strong will, cause I know how hard it is to keep up with the flow of customers while cooking. I saw my mom and grandma go through that selling their food as a vendor near my church. So 100% respect to these hard working people and for always delivering delicious food that I hope to try one day when I visit Japan for the 1st time.

I'm moving to Ebisu cho next month from Nagoya. I will have to see if these places are still around post Covid. So many good shops have closed up in Japan.

Every. Day. The restaurant scene fascinates me... how could you do this every day? Only for all your effort to be gone at the end of the day and have to do it again the next day? Like intellectually I understand it, but I cannot feel it. Wild...

I have pondered such, and have also worked such. In the end, it's the same in no matter what you do, if you reeeeally think about it. The only point of separation being a health code violation.

Such a blessing, after watching some videos from india.
it all looked delicious! With the pork cutlet dish, I'd want the fried pork on the side so it would stay crisp! :)

It all looks so tasty :) But god damn i hope the guy that makes the noodles in the 2nd restraunt never has to work with a knive because that would be just a matter of time until he loses a finger or two... 1:24:54 i'd call that more rustic than modern ^^
when ur just a broke native american girl living in the rez and u just want to go to japan just to taste some of those foods itll never happen
