The Boss Lady Chronicles Radio Show sent 2017 out with a bang and a party that celebrated two young people who are focused on making a great future for themselves. The Boss Lady proudly welcomed her godson, Miles Brinson, an up and coming rap artist from Englewood, NJ who is determined to stand out and stand up by not conforming to some of the tactics that young rappers are influenced by. Miles @crimefamilymb says his respect for his mom, grandma, and younger sister makes him aware of his responsibility not to push illicit dangerous drugs in his lyrics. He has seen a lot in his 23 years and he takes being a "man" of accountability very seriously.
The Boss Lady was also honored to have Iyonah Fard @5buttaball tell her courageous story. Iyonah was molested by a family friend at 6 years old and her mother was the only one who believed her. Unfortunately when her mom died, when Iyonah was 14 she was left to fend for herself and realize that no one else in her family with the exception of her father, was going to try to help her. She was faced with her abuser at a family funeral a few months back and took to Instagram Live to put "Lance" on blast for what he did to her for the world to see. Although it was difficult is had allowed her to release the pain and work towards healing while helping others. At 23, she is a mother of a 3 year old boy and she is ready to turn those trials of her childhood into triumphs!
The last show of The Boss Lady Chronicles for 2017 was a celebration and as always it gave "knowledge and information for elevation" while also always keeping everyone happily entertained. Stick with the Boss Lady, she's got a lot in store for 2018 that you definitely won't want to miss!
