Hi, we went in June from Bangalore. That time we got to know all Coastal Beaches in Udupi, Mangalore will be closed until September due to heavy rain. I suggest check with local hotels or homestay wherever you are booking your stay. They are the right person to guide you with present situation.

Try to avoid ghat section if u r going by road. Almost all beaches are closed till October due to rain and high tide. Apart from that no issue.
