Hey, I know its not the right video but is there a possibility you could make some quick tutorials for modelling in Unreal for "special" stuff ? For example importing a "fur carpet" from blender to Unreal is such a headache so if there is a way to do create this "fur carpet" in Unreal it would help a lot.

Yeah, I’ll definitely try to consider that for future videos! Creating stuff like a fur carpet directly in Unreal sounds like a cool idea.

Sir when creating new project in UE 5.5 the enable ray tracing for project is no longer visible to me but the enable starter content is still visible. Can u pls check and verify once. And will all metahumans will be still free

Yeah, they moved the ray tracing option in UE 5.5, it's not in the new project window anymore. You’ll find it in the project settings after you create the project. And yep, all Metahumans should still be free!

Do I keep the free assets after 2024, or do I loose them?
@sarkamari2 ай бұрын
No, you won’t lose access to the assets you’ve purchased through Quixel Megascans or the Unreal Engine Marketplace after 2024. Epic Games has stated that assets bought before the transition to the new platform, Fab, will remain accessible in your library, even as they consolidate services. You’ll still be able to download and use them in your projects. However, any new purchases and downloads may shift to the Fab platform, where Epic plans to integrate Megascans, Sketchfab, and other assets.

All of the assets which I purchased from UE Marketplace are now gone. I can't find any of those assets in Vault. Also, the Vault is now replaced with "Fab Library". This is really disgusting.

sigh :( Sadly the missing assets issue after the migration to Fab is a known problem. Some Unreal Engine Marketplace purchases may not appear immediately in the Fab Library.
