I think we need to know the difference here. Because the Bible also contains the words of the devil. We can't limit God by the Bible bcos God is bigger than the Bible. The word of God is the revelation we get when we read the Bible. So the Bible carries the word of God that doesn't mean God can't speak or act outside the Bible
