UES, RONDA VALLESANA 2022

L’arribada de la tardor ens porta a proposar-vos una nova edició de la Roda Vallesana. Aquest any serà la XLII Marxa popular Organitzada i coordinada per la Unió Excursionista de Sabadell.
La sortida de la Ronda la iniciem a Cabanyelles, muntanya de 583 metres que es troba al municipi de Gallifa.
Durant tot el camí podem gaudir d’unes vistes espectaculars de la muntanya de Sant Sadurní i de tot l’entorn que la rodeja.
Com és habitual a la Ronda Vallesana la finalitat és donar a conèixer el territori i aquells aspectes més rellevants entre els més destacats trobem el Castell de Gallifa, declarat d’interès nacional i que fou un centre històric i jurisdiccional durant l’edat Mitjana. La capella del Castell, avui dia, és coneguda com a Santuari de la Mare de Deu de l’Ecologia.
Fent camí al llarg del trajecte ens trobarem amb la Fundació Llorens Artigas seu de l’antic forn de ceràmica del famós ceramista, i que el seu fill, Joan Gardy Artigas, va convertí en Fundació l’any 1989 en memòria del seu pare.
Tota la seva concepció serveix per recordar la seva obra i el seu treball i per fomentar les vocacions artístiques.
I fent camí arribarem a l’església de Sant Pere i Sant Feliu. De estil romànic i documentada des de l’any 1060. És una església de nau única rectangular, coberta amb volta de canó, amb capçalera triabsidal.
Des del mirador del Salt de la Guineu com del mirador de Sant Sadurní tindrem una excel·lent panoràmica de tot l’entorn i punt fotogràfic d’interès per captar l’espectacularitat de la zona on estem ubicats.

The coming of the autumn leads us to propose a new edition of Roda Vallesana. This year will be the XLII Popular March organized and coordinated by the Sabadell Hiking Union.
The beginning of the Ronda was in Cabanyelles, a mountain of 583 metres which is located in the municipality of Gallifa.
Throughout the road we can enjoy spectacular views of the mountain of Sant Sadurní and the surrounding environment.
As usual in the Ronda Vallesana, the purpose is to make the territory known and those most relevant aspects among the most prominent are the Castle of Gallifa, declared of national interest and a historic and jurisdictional centre during the Middle Ages. The chapel of the Castle, today, is known as the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Ecology.
Along the way we will meet the Llorens Artigas Foundation headquarters of the famous ceramics furnace, and that his son, Joan Gardy Artigas, became a Foundation in 1989 in memory of his father.
His whole conception serves to remember his work and his work and to encourage artistic vocations.
And on the way we will reach the church of Sant Pere and Sant Feliu. Romanesque style and documented since 1060. It is a rectangular single nave church, covered with a barrel vault, with a triabsidal head.
From the sight of the Salt de la Guineu as from the viewpoint of Sant Sadurní we will have an excellent picture of the whole environment and a photographic point of interest in capturing the spectacularity of the area where we are located.
