The whack a mole part is quite easy, only rewind after your turn end The boss will spawn out where she was hiding, so you can have a 100% expose rate

I found that placing the unit with lowest hp in the corner between the 2 ladders and have the other 3 units fully surround them on the tower guarantees the boss will never teleport onto the tower (does away all RNG at the cost of some DPS if the boss starts charging up in awkward angles)

Lol didnt think about this spot, thx brother. Before the doll went stealth, i hit marked her with Qiongjiu fire blade, so no need to rewind.

I found it better for the bait (lowesst flat hp char) to be placed in the middle blocking the ladder tho you need to clear the clones if they are blocking the middle If you have suomi, use her S3 to reveal where the doll is, it won't actually reveal her but her aoe is so huge that if it hits the doll a number would show up where she is, then use croza's s3 I did it without supp tho I was lucky with my pulls and used QJ, Mosin nagant, suomi and croza Oh and I noticed that sometimes when you hover the spot where it hits the doll, a red line indicator shows up

Good observation tbh the original strat was for middle lowest hp but I wanted to use free units for the guide with an overleveled support so I thought it would be more accessible for everyone to play it like that since most f2ps would prolly be in that situation I only got suomi from my pulls but she's all I need :D (cant use more than one SSR for guide making anyway LOL)

sometimes the boss teleports behind my units at the high ground even though I followed the same steps

The reason why it teleports is because you might have a character that's not the LOWEST FLAT HP on the cheetah spot, look at your characters HP numbers, if any of them have lower HP numbers than the one at the cheetah spot then the boss might TP somewhere else, It's not about the steps that lead to the setup, it's the steps ALONGSIDE knowing the mechanic

Is Peritya a good replacement for Vepley? Also, in case you didn't hit the boss with AOE to reveal it, does that mean another rewind until you do? Seem kinda rng for me.

@@tienvu1282I have peritya but I wouldnt say she's as good. vepley is free to get so I don't see why to not use her for this tbh (leveling at this point in the game is very cheap) Also the RNG isn't bad since the AOE covered by vepley and groza is quite big if u needed 3 rewinds and still miss that's a very very low chance (unless you're THAT unlucky)

You make a guide on the bullshit DF 3-5 hard mode.. I cannot kill sextans in 7 turns I am not even sure its possible without very specific units, I do not hav QJ and using sharky and tololo and ulrid with suomi isn't enough damage because she has like 30k fucking HP and takes reduced damage and has a fuck ton of stability she regenerates every 2 turns. It's a bit ridiculous and bullshit, devs never fucking learn that HP sponges aren't difficult, its lazy shit design.
