The moment Tea got in (which was when the screen still had "GO"on it in Game 1) Sisqui lost. The only time Sisqui was really given a chance to breath was game 3 when Town gave him that extra second before Tea was on him once more because of Stage length.

I dont know how to tell you, but Samus is at worst high tier, very likely bottom of top tier. And as others have mentioned, Sisqui's play style is throw stuff out for the opponent to run into. Give him a rush down character and hed be lost.
