Joanna obviously is wearing orange-ish colored sneakers, watch them as they're both walking out again.She is endorsed by Reebok after all and is a self-professed sneaker addict. Valerie is wearing 2 inch heels and may be bigger but not as much bigger as she looks at that stare down.

jummon koshai OK if you don't wanna admit that you were wrong about their shoes then just look at both of their listed heights. Joanna is 5'6'' and Letorneau is 5'7". I would say that the discrepancy in their striking means a lot more than a single inch and a few extra pounds on fight day. Valerie is nowhere near the level of striking that Joanna is and is in for a beat down. See ya Sunday.

I think what Valerie has going for her is she's bigger and stronger than Joanna so she probably hits a bit harder than her and is more durable than all of Joanna's last opponents. Valerie's best chance might be trying to outwrestle/grapple Joanna, either against the fence or on the ground...even though Gadelha, Penne and Esparza were better grapplers they weren't as strong as Valerie. Tough fight for Valerie to win, but it'll be more competitive than Holm/Rousey.
