I think alex vs hill is way more complicated than people think. Everyone thinks alex is gonna smoke hill but idk. Alex does have great counter shot abilities bu jiri showed that you can swarm with volume and land shots and hill can take full advantage of that. On the other hand hill has his chin high in the air when hes throwing combinations. Though hes fought big guys and has taken big shots i fell that he cant do that with alex. And its not so much the power of alex as it is the precision of his shots like his left hook and right straight. Great fight tho

Alex kicks...especially early leg kicks are gonna be a huge factor, and hill ain't gonna be able to turn it into the fight that he wants if his lead leg gets compromised early imo

Bo nickal was 120-3 in his collegiate career with 59 pins(!!!) not to mention won it his senior year at 197 lbs and doesnt even have to cut hard to make 185 5 years later. Dude is built different. Huge Bo fan but i hope brundage plants one on him...need to see Bo take a shot at this point before they throw him up the rankings because thats really the only question mark i have

I think that the longer the fight goes on the better Pereira chances will be. He's not the type of fighter who seeks to finish his fights quickly, he usually picks his opponents apart with kicks and body shots and only then seeks to finish the fight. It's interesting to note that Alex's low kicks won't be as effective in this fight because Hill is a southpaw, so we'll see how Alex performs without one of his best weapons. If he performs like he did against Bruno Silva (who is also a southpaw), Hill's chances of winning will be huge because Alex will depend on his boxing, and we all know how good Hill boxing is.

Rooting for Alex although I like Hill also. This is definitely an exciting fight! Think Hill is going to be a difficult fight and Alex is going to need to be much more defensive than he normally is. He leaves his face exposed and that makes me nervous against a competitor like Hill who is highly aggressive and speedy. Alex should know this and I am sure he will be cautious. With Hill’s injury and the leg kicks Alex is going to throw right away in the first round, think Hill will be compromised pretty quickly and Alex wins by left hook KO or TKO. Hopefully KO. 🔥

Actually Islam could not find any succsess on the ground angainst Oliveira, except when he finished him after having rocked him on the feet. Oliveira's submissions are just too numerous and dangerous for anyone. Arman's wrestling will surely help him reverse position if he ever finds himself on the bottom, but he cannot risk to grapple with Oliveira for too long. Even Islam was constantly in danger. If Arman has a chance -- and I belive he has -- it will start on the feet.

Aight, so. Since Islam won the belt, I was thinking, who could possibly get that belt. The answer was Gaethje. I knew he was gonna dust Dustin Porier. Now, Gaethje is in his new form right now, becoming one with his coach just like yin & yang when he fight.
