Id still be upset with a draw but to say max won that?? yeah no that didnt happen i watched that fight, max holloway did not beat arnold allen. period.

never really counted, normal stuff really, porridge, eggs, lots of chicken and fish, occasionally a some beef, lots of sweet potatoes and cruciferous veg

I lift alot more outside of camp, more for fun though in camp its all performance based outside i just wanna see what i can lift

Arnold do you have any tips for putting on muscle without any equipment at home?

Push ups, squats, crunches, could do dips off of something at home, can do some isometric stuff too push up and hold half way, or slow down under tension

For me 7-8hrs seems optimal, tend to sleep a little less outside through staying up later
