Judging by the leaked gameplay and the Q&A from the developers it doesn't look or sound good unfortunately. Which is a shame because MMA fans have to wait the better part of 3 years for a game with minimal changes/additions. Really wish Yuke's were still making MMA games at least they gave the fans what they wanted, and were great games. I think the majority of fans still favour UFC Undisputed 3 to any EA MMA game, instead of the bare minimum EA Sports provide to get a quick profit. Seriously EA, do better. Or give up the rights so a gaming company that actually cares can deliver what the fans want.

Major things I want added: • "Universe mode". (Being able to create and develop your own PPVs, including name and cover customization, rivalries, etc. • Hammerfists and a variety of elbows, like UFC 2, both on-feet and on the ground. • More freedom to smack your opponent after a KO + Real-time referee stoppage. (You may turn it off for online to avoid toxicity). • Ragdoll KOs (why not). • Story mode depicting an old or modern rivalry, step by step. Example: Jones x Cormier, or Ortiz x Shamrock and so on. • Career mode improvement in every area is a must. • A walk in the center of the cage to check the rules and decide whether or not you want to touch gloves. (with various outcomes).

What I’d love to see in UFC 5 1. TKO’s and not just KOs 2. Draws and no contests 3. Press conferences 4. The ability to retire when you want in career mode and be able to come out of retirement after a few years 5. Better submission graphics 6. Better ground and pound like elbows from top and bottom 7. Ultimate fighter mode 8. The ability to wear down arms by kicking them 9. Ability to work on your fighter between rounds (like the EA boxing games) 10. For career mode to play out in different ways instead of being the same pattern every single time

PLEASE have more ragdoll effects when landing a knockout. And allow for us to have more ground and pound afterwards instead of cutting us off before the second hit. Can't wait to try this game out.
