Im with WeWantPicks in the finale (and against Jacob this time unfortunately). Taking a small bet on Barboza at +120 ML. Saw some interesting footage of Lerone Murphy, he looks ok. Saw his knee on Amirkhani many times, looks like it’s the highlight of his career at age 32 now. Had never heard of him before, strange that he comes out now kind of nowhere, and being -150 favorite to win a 5 round (his first in his career I guess) on his first main event against a proven veteran (not to say a legend, and possible future All-of-Famer) in Edson Barboza. Is it because of his 13-0 unbeaten record? Cause as you say, its kind of inflated, not any real big names in there. At least not to compare with Barboza. I most likely get it wrong, I know some people know sport lot more than I do. But it will be worth the 5$ try!

Like Jacob’s take on Ariane Carnelossi. Never to my memory seen any of these girls fight, but the argument for the underdog is convincing. Long layoff for fighters is sometime good, depends the reason. Ok if you think about Conor, partying crazy, its probably not good. But Ariane looks like a serious girl, and sometimes a break gives time for brain and body to heal. Not necessarily a bad thing in a sport as demanding as MMA.
