@@rapperogsmooth2783 Cerrone has never had great head movement sadly. It was his undoing many times in addition to all the other holes in his game. Now his chin is gone, Joe Lauzon may only need one shot to end the fight.

Alex Morono caught him clean anybody that gets caught that clean gets hurt . Chinny means you go out you go out stiff face first . Cowboy always gets folded against the cage or stopped trying to wrestle for a single when the ref has seen enough .

In due time you can become a gate keeper and even with that title, it's still one to honor and be please with. Cowboy was never a champion but always a fan favorite. Shows an incredible skill set and is definitely a shooter.

Sometimes announcers impose themselves a little too much into the actual competition - so that the fight becomes more about THEM. But they've got the Adrenaline going as well - and are usually as fired-up as the fighters.

He rarely allows his opponents to just tee off on him, he gets them into a thai plum, or shoots for a TD if they try to follow up after a big shot. And his height and reach were keeping him safe from the worst blows at least. Also we have to mention he had above average chin.

More of these WEC fights from back then have to be shown for the younger crowd to see and for those like me that was watching since those days. I remember when the guy's from TapOut had a series going on traveling the road to find fighters to help promote and invest into Cowboy was the 1st fighter. Great light weight fighters came over to the UFC from WEC, fighters like Cowboy, Aldo, Pettis, Henderson and the man Clay Guida and more.!!!
