I didn’t think I could like Rose even more than I already did but this is the icing on the cake!” And then, in this interview, she says that it wasn’t even her correct walk out song, and proceeds to completely trash the song haha. “Worst song ever.” 😭💔 She just crushed my soul. That walk out song was one of my highlights of the night haha. I can't think of a better woman boxer in mma than Rose. Before people point out Holly Holm, actually go back and look at her boxing fights closely. If you have some understanding of skillful boxing you won't be impressed. Same goes for Heather Hardy. Rose just seems to 'get it'. Her rhythm and movement both offensively and defensively are very fluid and she throws correctly.

I'm starting to think that, too. That lunging left hook she used to finish the fight looks extremely difficult to setup, let alone execute. And she landed it cleanly. And there was a moment in the fight where she effortlessly slipped and countered one of Joanna's punches. Add to that, she mixes up her boxing with so many other disciplines and variables. It's an insane amount of skills to integrate together. Trevor Wittman must be one hell of a teacher; and Rose, one hell of a student.
