@@A_Easley He is truly a monster a very big man walking around 250 lbs 6'5 lean and shredded - easily a giant. Hill and Jiri didn't hit him at the right spot at the right time, they are really unable to hit Alex anything if any. The punch that landed at the right spot, at the right time is the one putting someone's lights out and not the hardest shot thrown and that is the one that KOd Alex cold. In fact with Alex in comparison to Izzy, he has all the physical advantages for being a really big man right there. It will only be a matter of time before he gets hits with a true flush shot again - just didnt happen yet at the LHW division.

The difficulty in understanding or even explaining "chama" is due to the fact that Poatan makes a very particular use of the term. He probably took it from some song lyrics and adopted it as his own catchphrase.

I remember him using in the beginning of his UFC career, and as a Brazilian I thought it was cringe at first 😂 due to the fact that I thought that Americans wouldn’t understand “chama”. And low key , “chama” catch phrase worked so well. People who think he’s fighting ankalaev next are naive. Ankalaev’s win was johnny walker. Before that he illegally knees the same guy. And before that gave one of the most flustered title fights in ufc history. He’s gonna need one more win.
