Hill and Jiri didn't hit him at the right spot at the right time, they are really unable to hit Alex anything if any. The punch that landed at the right spot, at the right time is the one putting someone's lights out and not the hardest shot thrown and that is the one that KOd Alex cold. In fact with Alex in comparison to Izzy, he has all the physical advantages for being a really big man right there.
