It's anybody's fight, Dustin can rock Charles on the feet through his power, and Charles can stun Dustin as well on the feet through his precision in his technical striking, but once the fight hits the ground, Dustin should be very cautious there since he's very likely to be submitted, or Dustin powers through and scrambles back to his feet, resetting the fight. Either way, it's going to be one hell of a fight, or there will be a finish from one of these two warriors. Cruz was my favorite fighter watching him from WEC and become the Inaugural Champ, but we’ve definitely seen his better days in the past. And what you said is absolutely true, the path he's had to take would absolutely have broken a weaker individual.
